We recently worked with Joe on the development of a Family Trust for my wife Sally and I. It was a pleasure working with Joe on the information as he was very courteous to work with and took the time to explain the legal aspects of the trust development at a level that we could understand. He was timely with our information, and we had numerous questions that he addressed for us. We met with Joe to sign the appropriate documents and everything was completed to our satisfaction. I reached out to Joe last year to write up some "buy-out" contracts and to help manage the process. The contracts were written up almost immediately and within a few weeks both of my past partners were bought out. He's great to work with, seams very knowledgeable about business and all of its legalities and responds very quickly to emails, calls and texts.
