Only excellence here. From the booking that is well managed and actively communicated to the inter personal interaction. I had Nicole do my cleaning and she had great information and advice that was specific and very practical. Great countenance and an overall professional. The team at the reception are friendly and helpful. My kids have been here before and i missed an appointment at the time but it was handled extremely well. Great practice and excellent service and people.

My wife was referred to Dr. Chandran and we visited his offices yesterday morning. He was incredibly friendly, polite and professional and my wife immediately felt at ease. He was very thorough and explained the entire process as to what was happening and also explained the costs, so there were no surprises. The entire time we felt that he had his patients best interest at heart!! Thank you Doctor!! We thought you were amazing.

A CUT ABOVE THE REST.... Dr Chandran displayed very rare qualities of respect, patience, and calmness for a specialist in his field. Even before our first consult, he had taken the time to provide guidance over a lengthy phone call. Thereafter, once he had gathered the history / background, he provided  an in-depth analysis of the broken tooth and possible solutions aligned to pros / cons and associated costs. When you leave his surgery, you are fully aware of the situation from a medical perspective and also understand how the cost of the procedures to come are built up. While the actual implant procedure proved to be quite challenging, Dr. Chandran made sure that I was pain-free and at ease at all times. His gentle demener definitely plays a huge factor. He even took measures to accommodate me with providing Islamic audio during the procedure. Based on the final solution, he had provided me with a 3D Temporary Crown (to assist with final growth), which was the first of its kind at his practice. A huge factor to also consider is the costs  as compared to other consults , as you will find his much more affordable. This by no means a drop in quality of work as his expertise and use of advanced technology sets him above the rest. Kudos to Dr Chandran and his team (Joburg dental) for their excellent treatment and check ins during my time with them. I wish them all the success in the future. Definite recommendation to one and all looking for a great periodontist 10/10.
