I filled out the online form with personal and financial details then I called and left a message. Later I missed a call from a number I didnt recognize and not listed as a business. They left no voicemail. I called the number back later that day. Someone responded "Hello" with no name or company introduction. I said I was returning a call from earlier in the day. Person on the other end of phone said they had no idea. I asked if it was to do with mortgages. Person I called said yeah that must have been why and they would call me back the next week. No one ever called me back. Unprofessional all around.
