I was having problems with Gateway Communication Module. Mr Adam Weiss was my Service Representative. He was very attentive to my needs. He took his time to understand what I was asking. And concerned about he devoted time to help me understand what the problem was, or maybe, and how they would move forward in repairing it. Upon completion, he went over everything that they had done and said, If there's any further problems, please contact him. Great customer service, great relationships. Great drivers in the shuttle.
