Omega HsuRed Lily came to clear out the drains in my bathroom. They found a drain pipe that was eroded and had to be replaced. During that work, the plumber inadvertently broke a marble tile in the bathroom. I have extra tiles, it turned out the ones on the floor were polished and the extra ones were not. They replaced it and I was not happy with it the unpolished tile. So Red Lily went above and beyond to try and fix it. First by applying a glaze, ultimately they took the tile out again and polished up another tile and replaced that. They really stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend them.
