We just closed on our gorgeous custom home built by John Cannon Homes, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! The entire process — from design to move-in — was truly a pleasure. Special thanks to our project manager, Will Vasquez, whose attention to detail, organization, and commitment to staying on schedule made this experience outstanding. We actually closed with zero punch list items — that says it all! The craftsmanship and quality are top-notch, and every element of the home reflects thoughtful planning and execution. We just closed on our stunning new home built by the team at John Cannon Homes. The process from start to finish was smooth and well defined. Our construction team (Ross Sheehan PM and Dan Keough Area Manager) were both exceptional to work with and genuinely good people. Ross managed the project from start to finish and did an amazing job beating the original estimated build schedule while delivering an outstanding product in just under 12 months! This was our 6th new build and we've never had a build process this smooth with such a high quality product as the end result. At times, Ross was the conductor of a symphony of sub-contractors all working together smoothly with impeccable timing. Speaking of which, the sub-contractors on our house were clearly top-notch in their own right. Thank you to Ross, Dan, and the rest of the team at John Cannon Homes! We look forward to many happy years in our beautiful new home.

I am a degreed engineer and am amazed at the quality that was built into this home. We have experienced 3 hurricanes with sustained winds of 100+ mph with no structural damage. Cannon is a force to be reckoned with! Such innovative designed houses that are far from the cookie cutter beige. I have truly enjoyed watching the construction in the Lake Club as I walk with my dogs. I am a very meticulous person.
