John did a phenomenal job helping us to purchase our very first home! We were complete novices and somewhat intimidated by the seemingly complex, multi-step process of buying a house. Nonetheless, our feeling of trepidation transformed into one of calm and reassurance immediately upon enlisting John’s help. This included John dedicating innumerable hours providing detailed answers to our hundreds of questions, many of which and if not most, were probably silly! He did a great job negotiating pricing and overseeing punch list and repair items.
