Brad Skotak came in, assessed the problem, and provided a clear estimate, but it was David who truly delivered. He quickly and efficiently fixed my leaking shower and expertly replaced the tub and shower valve. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process, but David handled every detail with care and always with a friendly, positive attitude. The service guy for John Moore, was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. In comparison to other companies their prices are a little higher. Yet, the quality of work is the overall goal of excellence. The technician Henry gave us his honey opinion about the needs our home requires.
