Outstanding plumbing service! David Lawrence handled everything with skill, speed, and a smile. Brad Skotak came in, assessed the problem, and provided a clear estimate, but it was David who truly delivered. He quickly and efficiently fixed my leaking shower and expertly replaced the tub and shower valve. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process, but David handled every detail with care and always with a friendly, positive attitude. Frank was excellent! He took his time thoroughly inspecting the water leak, even though, of course, it didn’t show while he was here. I really appreciated his patience and honesty throughout the visit—he didn’t rush or try to upsell anything, just focused on finding the real issue. Because of his professionalism and genuine approach, I decided to purchase the membership for regular water heater and A/C checkups. It’s great to have someone you can truly trust in your home.

Love Love Love John Moore! After being very disappointed by a famous national home warranty company that charged me $100 on the phone then 2 days later sent a shady looking subcontractor to check out my air conditioning unit, I called John Moore before he made it back to his truck in my driveway. John Moore sent someone out 2 hours later. (Not 2 days later) Accessed the issue, financed my purchase, started AND completed the installation of a whole HVAC system in my attic the same day I called !!! Their customer service team and the communications relating to arrive times is amazing . They even send a picture of who is coming out so I wasn't opening my door to a total stranger. Their technicians are ROCKSTARS!! They are in constant contact with the home office upper management problem solving and directing best course of action. Were they the cheapest? I don't know, I wasn't looking for cheap. I was looking for reliability , dependability, peace of mind, exceptional service AFTER the sale and the BEST VALUE! I got all of that and then some with John Moore !
