We are so grateful for the service we received from Sumegh and Gary with Jax Roofing. Our home was in the direct path of the tornado this past spring and experienced damage to the roof. The morning after the tornado hit, other larger roofing companies were like vultures and aggressively pursuing business from myself and my neighbors, to the point that one neighbor had to threaten to call the police. Jax Roofing was the opposite. They were empathetic and never pressured us with any decisions. Gary was our first point of contact and made room in his schedule to do the initial inspection before heavy rains. He and Sumegh went above and beyond in dealing with insurance to ensure our roof was covered. Sumegh was kind, patient, and helpful during the decision-making process. He was great at staying on top of all the details and keeping us informed. He and his coworkers squeezed us into their schedule to work around chimney work that was being done at the same time. The crew was incredibly hard working and amazingly fast. Our experience with Jax was wonderful from start to finish.

His crew worked from sun up to sun down and finished the job in a week. Our new roof gives the house such a fresh and clean look, which we love.
