I discovered Wear (London) earlier today. I was looking for a specific shirt and found it in my size - Small. I was served by Gary, who was very kind and receptive to my questions. Later, the same evening, I went into another shop and found a similar shirt, slightly thicker. I also wanted an oversized fit, but the sales reps were cold & distant. So I returned to Wear, tried the same shirt in a Large, chatted with Gary again who was kind enough to ask about my day, and I purchased the same model in a different size. Because of the outstanding customer service. Will support this shop again whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend this shop. Beautiful staple pieces, with a bit of a twist.
Service - great. Fabric - amazing. Stitching 0/10. Coming apart in just 24 hours just wearing twice and I cannot return as I flew back to the US the next day. Reached out to customer service. Will update review when I get a response. Updated review: company got back to me and gave me a 50% refund to get it repaired. Gave three other options including getting a new one sent or a full store credit. I loved the jacket so I wanted it repaired and felt it was fastest since I’m back in the US.
This place is fantastic, really nice selection of high quality clothes at an excellent price. I bought a couple of overshirts and a long sleeved t-shirt from here and I absolutely adore them. I've since purchased a bunch more stuff from their website and the delivery is super fast and very beautifully presented. The guys running the place are also top blokes. Really hope to see their stores spreading to the north because I don't know anywhere else that you can get such great quality, unique clothing without breaking the bank. Big fan!
