I’ve made my own almond milk in the past: planning ahead, overnight soaking, straining through nut bags, and then dealing with the almond meal paste - it was all worth it for real almond milk until JOI came along and replaced all that. It’s easy, make as much or as little as you want, keep it on hand. I use it for my daily matcha latte, I add it to smoothies, I’ll use it for hot chocolate. I buy it by the bucket and use every day.
