I have had a terrible time with chronic headaches for the last 4 years. I have seen a number of reptuable physios/chiros etc and only found very minimal relief. Luckily, I came across Jon on my search. He was able to succeed where the rest had failed. From the beginning, he was confident on the source of the issue which was in the neck (suboccipitals) and upper back. He provided treatments and an exercise plan which have help immensely over the last few months. My posture has really improved as well, pretty sure I gained 2cm of height as a bonus:) Can't recommend him enough
