Guests of Jol Torongo often praise the hotel for its outstanding location, luxurious accommodations, and excellent service. Your experience matters to us, so please share your thoughts and make your experience known to others by providing feedback.
Good enough hotel if you plan on mostly spending the night. Price is alright. Room and service all are pretty much good compared to the price. You can go to sugangandha beach by 30tk auto rickshaw. Only one downside is that the roads is a bit bad.
Their service exceeded our expectations. Every staff member is very well mannered. Housekeeping was maintained properly.
Undoubtedly the worst hotel ever. I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They canceled my booking the night before my check-in, leaving me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. There was no valid explanation or effort to assist me in resolving the issue. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when people plan
Rooms are really good compared to the price. Service is also good. But the location is not well suitable. Firstly it’s 2 roads away from the main road and secondly the road is broken. When it rains there’s water clogged here and there. Very hard to move.
One of the best yoga center is Evergreen Yoga, Kazipara, Mirpur. Their teaching method is excellent. They are friendly and supportive. Yoga is important for good health.
Muscat Hotel in Cox’s Bazar is a modest, budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a convenient and affordable stay. Here's my review based on my experience: ### Location: Muscat Hotel is centrally located, making it a great option for those who want easy access to both the beach and the city’s main attractions. It’s only a short walk or a quick ride away from the beach, which is a major plus for beach lovers. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and local markets nearby, so it’s easy to explore the local scene. ### Rooms: The rooms are fairly simple but comfortable. They are clean and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV. However, the decor is quite basic, and some of the furniture seemed a bit worn out. The bathrooms were clean but could benefit from an update, especially with better water pressure and more modern fittings. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but it’s sufficient for a short stay. ### Amenities: Muscat Hotel provides essential amenities, but don’t expect anything extravagant. There’s no swimming pool or gym, but they offer room service, free Wi-Fi, and an in-house restaurant that serves local cuisine. The food is decent but limited in variety, and there aren’t many dining options within the hotel. However, given its location, you can easily find restaurants nearby. ### Service: The service at Muscat Hotel is friendly and accommodating. The staff were always polite and tried their best to assist with any inquiries or requests. While the service isn’t as polished as some high-end hotels, it’s welcoming and fits the hotel’s overall budget-friendly atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the housekeeping staff were prompt in their duties. ### Price: The hotel is affordable and offers good value for the price, especially for budget-conscious travelers. It’s one of the more economical choices in Cox’s Bazar, making it a good option if you're just looking for a basic place to sleep while enjoying the beach and surrounding attractions. ### Overall: Muscat Hotel is a decent choice for travelers on a budget who want a simple, no-frills stay in a convenient location. It’s not luxurious, but it covers the essentials at a reasonable price. If you’re looking for a place to crash while you spend most of your time out exploring Cox’s Bazar, this hotel should meet your needs.
The overall experience at Hotel Muscat was satisfactory, but there are several areas where the hotel can improve to provide a better experience for their guests. Firstly, there was no filtered or complimentary drinking water provided in the room. This meant we had to call room service every time we needed water, and it was always a paid service. Additionally, the room lacked a calling bell at the front door, which was inconvenient. Unlike most regular hotels, Hotel Muscat did not provide complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste. For anyone planning to visit Cox's Bazar, I highly recommend staying at a hotel that offers a view. It doesn't necessarily have to be a beach view, but having some sort of view can significantly enhance your stay. Unfortunately, Hotel Muscat doesn't offer any views, making the rooms feel quite confined. Furthermore, the hotel's location is not very close to the beach, so finding accommodation within walking distance would be more convenient. Lastly, the road leading to Hotel Muscat is in poor condition, which can be quite off-putting. Overall, while Hotel Muscat has potential, addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience.
Muscat Holiday is a budget friendly resort, room service cleanliness is good, an ideal hotel for family, a little distance from the sea. Staff behavior is friendly good, AC room rent is 1000 to 1300.
