bought eukanuba from here with beetles in, flatly refused to refund it, telling me to contact eukanuba, but I paid jollyes totton. if you want beetles / cockroach mixed in with your dogs food, you can't go wrong here

Went into the Totton store to get ear drops for Max my dog I was looking also to change his diet . This young lady Charlie was so helpful and very knowledgable in dog food and another lady was helpful to , her name was Charley . Amazing service

Three times I have visited in the last 6 months to use the dog wash which always seems to be consistently ‘out of order’ & being told ‘we are waiting for a part’. I’m starting to think it’s selective as to when staff can be bothered to clean it!

We use for primarily dog food of which there is a good selection. We use their own brand grain free which is a good product at a reasonable price although supply issues can cause low stock levels , this is frustrating at times.
