Waited over 4 hrs to check this out. Definately worthy of the Texas name. Every meat was cooked to perfection. Well seasoned and moist. The cheerwine hot links could have used a little more seasoning, but the pork belly, burnt ends and brisket were all melt in your mouth and they pulled off juicy pulled pork and turkey. Candied jalapeno grits were outstanding along with the brown sugar smoked beans. Slaw was exceptional. While the brisket fried rice was suppose to be signature, was my personal least favorite. BONUS: Free beer and very clean restrooms

For it ti be some many there maybe 200 people for the experience the good was not good. The best was the beef ribs but not worth $52 barbecue was mushy no flavor at all and brisket rice was good but brisket wasn't had funny after taste. Waited over 4hrs not worth it. Over priced no flavor they should give samples to first timers so we can decide if its worth the wait...which wasn't for me

Bring your patience, maybe some chairs (and a blanket if it’s cold), your appetite, and some money! The people waiting in line around you are all nice. We played games and talked, had some breakfast when they opened with kolaches and brisket breakfast tacos. We would consider going back just to eat breakfast!! We got 3 meats and 4 sides. Our favorites were brisket (of course) for the meats, brisket fried rice (for the side) and the cowboy candy is insane!!!!

Top 5 BBQ I have ever had! If you can not make it to Peachland, keep an eye out for their road show, it is just as good as making the trip to Peachland. Jon G is a regular at Town Brewing in Charlotte and the line is much shorter.
