I have had some incredible experiences with Jones Mechanical, and am so grateful for them! A separate air-conditioning company had come and given a tuneup to our system when it was not working, after about 15 minutes of looking at our Air conditioning unit, they told us it needed to be replaced and there was nothing we could do. The owner of Jones Mechanical personally came and looked at our system. Within about 30 seconds he was able to look at our system and see the real problem, that a damper was closed on a unit which was making all the cold air Freeze. He opened it up and has worked Great since that time to this day. He saved us a ton of money and headache! They are very honest and ethical. My second great experience came a separate unit really did go ahead later on, I knew I could trust them based on my prior experience that they weren’t just trying to upsell me. We. had them repair the unit. He came with his team and they did an incredible job with our complicated home. I have about three or four air conditioning companies to do tuneups in the past, but none of them understand our system until we started working with Greg and his team. We left on vacation and while we were gone, His team was able to install our air conditioner on the main level. Our air conditioner unit had been out for about a week and it was extremely uncomfortable on the main level. My daughter happened to be sick when we got home with a high fever And we are worried about her sleeping in a hot room. It was an incredible relief air conditioning in her room that Worked like a dream when we got home. She’s able to sleep through the night and recover. I’ve learned to trust Jones Mechanical for their ethical and honest work. If you’re looking for a quality air-conditioning company that not only knows what they are doing, but also Has integrity and everything that they do, this is the company! Top notch! The crew was so professional and knowledgeable that did are install of a new heater and AC unit. They showed me how everything worked and what they did. They had different price options and explained the difference in the options. They really wanted to get me set-up with the best options for my needs great company to work with!

We built our new home in 2017 and had Jones Mechanical design and install the HVAC system. They were great to work with and spent the time to properly design the system. Our new home was more than twice the size of our previous residence and I am happy to say our overall heating and power bill have been less then what we were paying. No cold spots or hot spots, just nice even temperature control throughout the home. We had multiple zones installed throughout out the home to allow for custom temperature settings. In the last 5 years the system has never even come close to being maxed out. The I-comfort thermostat has been great. I had a minor technical problem (my fault), and when I called, they answered the phone and helped solve my problem. Great company, very satisfied with the system. Would definitely recommend them!
