After 7 years shopping at Wannis, I today was told at the checkout that my card had been blocked. I asked the lady on reception why this was the case and she said it was because I don't spend enough. Perhaps if they had a clue they would have asked me why I don't buy much from them Looking at their reviews and the fact that the store is always empty when I visit,I am not the only person to have a problem with their service. Aytac foods give a far better service and are far cheaper in my experience

Racist and discriminatory place to shop. Shopping experience depends on what language you speak, Indian languages preferred. Places like this don't last too long. Some of the staff are nice enough to make up for the existence of bad management.

Greedy...Ripping off customers. Everyday prices goes up for popular items ex..rice in corona outbreak. Paid Royal Umbrella 20kg £27.99 on 17th March.Today the price is £38.99..what a rip off Guys. I bought same rice from Maning Impex for £24 for 20kg. Shame on you guys..you people are cheat. This is only one example you have increased prices for thousands of items.

It’s been over a week and customer service woman can’t seem to contact the courier to get me parcel and is waiting for it delivered to the incorrect address. She can refund and replace but doesn’t seem to know how to deal with orders or her suppliers. Judging by all the negative reviews by TropicalSunFoods - I suggest you don’t buy from this place. No one seems to get their parcels but they pocket the money.

Wide selection of stock. I am an experienced Security officer of 8+years. I accompanied my client to Wanis. My client has been a member for over 30+ years however the new Cashier woman at the last til who takes payment is an absolute racist , due to spending so much. It took a little while for all the goods to be scanned fortunately the staff scanning the goods shared the loads and scanned on different machines to speed up the process . The female cashier started to be rude as she said she wanted to leave earlier. Her neck and head was shaking uncontrollably, I asked if she was OK, and she started to scream you people don't know how to tell the time. She also then threatened to close the account and she also blocked the card. Baring in mind there is a security barrier that wouldn't let you in if you are not on time If we had spent less we wouldn't have had this issue

I placed my first order from Tropical Sun over the weekend and all items arrived safely today (Tuesday). Packing was excellent, with bottles carefully wrapped in paper packaging, which is secure and recyclable. I had purchased several items in stores, but having the fully range available to order for home delivery is great. I will definitely order again.
