From the moment we started working with this company, it felt like they were more focused on profits than customer service. During the initial roof inspection—performed by the owner himself—he pointed out that our roof decking wasn’t up to code and needed to be a specific thickness. (For context, our home was built in 1974.) We took that information seriously and started the process of filing with our insurance, hoping to get the new decking covered. But just a few days later—and without waiting for any resolution—they moved forward with the roof replacement without notifying us. We literally drove up to find workers already on our roof tearing off the old shingles. At no point were we given a heads-up, and we completely lost the chance to involve insurance in that part of the job. To top it off, we had a tree leaning on the house a few months later. We were verbally told it would be "only a couple hundred bucks,” only to receive a bill for over a thousand. We emailed them asking for an explanation, and they never emailed us back. I have the paper trail. Their word cannot be trusted. I would not recommend this company.

Highly recommend Josh Neal's Roofing and Restoration. Josh Neal is very professional and always responds quickly. I needed repairs done on a half brick wall and end support column of my carport. I went through two different contractors that never responded back after initial conversations about what I needed done. Josh had my estimate and all the documents I needed for my USDA loan within 24 hours of first contact. I’m very pleased with the work done on my home, and will definitely use Josh Neal's Roofing and Restoration again for any future home projects.
