He was incredibly timely, extremely detail-oriented, and took the time to explain what he was seeing in a way we could truly understand — not just what needed attention, but why it mattered. We never felt rushed, and he was more than happy to answer all of our questions throughout the inspection. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful he was in recommending next steps and additional specialists where appropriate. Our inspector David Taylor is very good! Very cooperative and approachable!He had us come during our house inspection and explained to me his findings. Report was made and submitted within the timeframe that he told me. kudos to that! he also reached out to us again once the report was done and explained it to us. you know, when you’re reading reports, you tend to get overwhelmed and lost because sometimes you don’t even know some of the terms or names there, so explaining it to us really made us grateful. it will help when communicating with my realtor what to tell the seller those things that needs to be fixed😀.
