One of the most unprofessional and incompetent event planners I’ve ever encountered. Our event was scheduled to start at 8:30 PM, yet they were still setting up at 8:00 PM, leaving only 30 minutes for final preparations and cleaning. The setup was completely incorrect, with furniture misaligned and poorly arranged, making the venue look unorganized and unprofessional. Several promised items were missing, with no reimbursement or accountability. The stage dimensions did not match the contractual agreement, causing significant layout issues. The furniture was of shockingly poor quality—our wedding sofa literally broke, forcing us to scramble for a last-minute replacement. Even worse, the staircases leading to the stage were unstable and of poor quality, posing a serious safety risk. To make matters worse, the floral decorations were not properly attached and kept falling onto the stage throughout the event, creating an unsightly mess and further adding to the disorganization. The team was severely understaffed and clearly lacked the expertise to handle an event of this scale. Most importantly, Sajna was completely absent from the venue and unresponsive throughout the day. There was no proper coordination, and we had to rely on the hotel staff to step in and salvage the event—something that should have never been necessary. To make matters worse, Sajna never acknowledged the issues or took responsibility for the chaos. Instead of ensuring things were handled properly, she remained unresponsive when we needed her most. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional event planner, stay far away from this one. Disorganized, incompetent, and completely unreliable.
