JP Fencing

my neighbour had a new fence installed whilst we were away. because JP had a space and could fit earlier. The fence looks good - however, they moved the fence back about 2-3 inches - leaving us with a large depth that we must now fill - we had white stones in the area that have somehow disappeared - in the gap where they moved the fence we are now left with the "ivy' roots - great! they trampled over our border and cut down a large shrub by 2 thirds and left it leaning on a camilla breaking it which had sentimental values. The shrub they cut was very amateur - is was hacked to pieces and we had to remove it entirely and clean up - now we have to find a way of removing the ivy roots that were not ours and filling the gap and buy new stones -- also because they moved the fence back it doesn't fit to the side fence so they just screwed in an ordinary boring plank of wood to fill the gap that looks awful and sticks out like a sore thumb - inot good practice To Add: thank you for your quick response - just to say it was unfortunate that we were away but you brought the date forward for our neighbours and we were only a phone call away at anytime. You are correct it was cleared of debris on the patio near the fence but it was not clean. It remains we have a big dip in the garden that we have to fill and the white stones are still missing so we need to buy double the amount it would have been better for you to have cut through the tree root as we now have another expense in removing the ivy that was growing through the old fence that we battled all the time but now we have the roots our side and need to remove, the fence looks nice yes but the 2 ends where 'sticking plaster' was used to fill the gaps is not pretty - she shrub had 2 large branches they both did not need to be removed and that was our property that has been destroyed without word - my son even came round whilst the work was going on. i am not to blame here i believe the destruction to my property without consent and the fact that it will cost us money to repair replace and then fill the gap and make the 'boring planks of wood look tidy is your neglect -we won't be taking this further but it is accurate

Will definitely use JP fencing again. We needed a bespoke gate made and installed to our garden. Jason came round in good time to quote, communicated well throughout and installed the gate within a few weeks. Great job, would Highly recommended JP Fencing MK.
