Great little store with a huge (I cannot emphasize this enough) selection of fabrics. Prices are decent and location is great. Due to the current pandemic only two people can enter the store which leads to small queues outside in the cold. It difficult to identify what kinds of fabric some of the articles are.
Unprofessional, rude and selfish on every level possible!! So we came in today and a dark haired lady with piercing was not wearing her mask properly, the mask was only covering her lips. My friend asked her politely if she can put her mask how you’re supposed to wear it and she just said “No!” in rudest way possible. My friend wanted to get out but she was blocking her way. After she told her to move she did but she continued to be rude. On our way out I told her that our babies belong to the group of people who are at increased risk of severe illness from the COVID-19 virus but she just said that she doesn’t care and that it isn’t her problem. Unbelievable. I will never go there again, hopefully you, who are reading this won’t either. Edit(since I can’t answer to the owner) She definitely is your employee as a friend who recommended your store to us could recognize her from our description. Our friend told us that the employee hasn’t been working there for long. I will write you an Email with all the details as soon as I can.
The best fabric's shop in Frankfurt. They have a huge assortment of fabrics, good prices and quality and a better customer service. The shop assistants are very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.
