Overall I had a very positive experience with JPS. I was looking to do a total remodel of my master bathroom and adjacent laundry room, combining them into one room and hoped to add a soaker tub. I've never done any sort of home remodel before and needed a lot of help through the process. Sue and Tom from the design team were able to come up with a floorpan that worked for everything I needed, which seemed a miracle given the space we were working with. I also worked with Lindsay and Morgan at Design House, a JPS sister company, to come up with the cabinet and tile selections, which was an enormous help. The amount of decisions can be overwhelming but everyone on the team, including the project manager, were super helpful throughout the process. Lewis and his team did an amazing job on the remodel itself, they were all extremely courteous of my property and the homes around me, the job site was always very neat. As these things tend to do, the whole job took a lot longer than anticipated but despite that, it was worth it. The new bathroom is gorgeous, better than I could have imagined. Billy and his team were amazing to work with right from the start! My husband and I struggled to find a team dedicated to what was considered more of a face lift renovation and we couldn’t be happier with the process, the work, and the expertise that Billy and his team with JPS delivered for us. Our kitchen went from an early 2000s dated design to our dream kitchen and the team ensured we were informed through every step of the process. It takes a lot to of research and commitment to find the right team to work with and welcome into your home and we’re so glad we chose Billy and his JPS team. We will absolutely use him for future work and highly recommend him to others!

JPS built our home in Portsmouth in 2022-2023 We have remodeled or built 7 homes and this was by far the best experience. They were professional and most importantly if something was wrong or wasn’t working they showed up and took care of it. Dominic S. Was our project manager and he was fantastic which made our experience great!
