Johnny performed an EV charger installation for me and made the process so easy. He did come recommended by a neighbor, but I stumbled upon him a different way. The project took less time than expected and they even spent a little extra time sweeping and cleaning up the job area (left no trace). As valuable as the work, Johnny was very communicative throughout the process. He was quick to return my initial call, ensured all parties understood the work to be accomplished, followed up 24hrs before to verify time, then even gave me a 10 min heads up as he was on the way. The entire exchange, from initial call to post-work functionally was professional.
