Needed to drop documentation off in person. JR had moved from his location just around the corner from me. I looked at Mapquest and had an idea where he was but I couldn't find him!! I called and he gave me directions! Wonderful, except I am terrible at following directions! We located where I was and he gave me directions to his new location! Found it thanks to JR's precise directions. Now I know where to find him should I need him. However, most of our interactions took place over the phone and via internet which he was able to do easily and quickly! Would recommend JR's services without hesitation! JR is knowledgeable, reliable and very, very fast and efficient in getting things done. Thank you for your excellent service to me and my family! Kathy! =^..^=

Never ended up doing business with this company. I had an appointment set up for over the phone for 2:30 didn't receive a call until about 3:15 or get any notice that he was going to be late. he didn't explain much either and I don't feel comfortable giving an Indian man my sin and personal information over the phone with all the scammers out there. not very Professional at all if he expected me to call him????
