Went to JR Furniture looking for a classy bedroom set but couldn't find anything on the floor, the manager Paul recommended this Michael Amini London Place set. Although very expensive the craftsmanship and quality is amazing. So happy with my new bedroom, thank you Paul for the recommendation I love it!!!!!!!

I bought my furniture (couch and a loveseat) from a different JR Furniture location somewhere around 10 years ago. The brand gave me a limited warranty on the cushions. After 10 years they were starting to get flat and I was touching frame when I sat down. I called and spoke to Virginia about finding my receipt assuming I had to file myself. Amazingly they had my receipt and also went through the claims process for me. Virginia coached me on what photos they are going to want, etc. She was also the one who spoke to the company directly on my behalf. She and Michelle put lots of work into helping me out on this one and in the end I got my cushions! I couldn't be more thrilled! My couch is back to being very comfortable and a great napping couch. :) I couldn't be more thankful for all of the help I received from Virginia. She was incredibly helpful and incredibly nice through this whole process. Wonderful customer service - it couldn't have possibly been any better. I will always be thankful for their help! Thank you Virginia and Michelle!!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! JR Furniture is a complete scam. We bought an expensive couch and were talked into an overpriced warranty because the associate flat-out lied about what it covered. We were told it would handle everything rips, breaks, even professional cleanings whenever we needed. That was the selling point that made us agree. The truth? None of that was real. The warranty is useless, and when you actually try to use it, you have to call a third party. JR Furniture refuses to help rectify the situation and are flat out dismissive. Their staff clearly aren’t trained, or worse, they intentionally mislead customers just to close a sale. And once they have your money, forget it they will not lift a finger to help you. They do not care about their customers, only about taking your cash. Also Last time we called to ask questions about it since we were told to contact the store if we wanted to use the warranty they told us that the lady who sold us the couch had to be retrained due to giving out incorrect information. Ok well you should figure out how to honor the promise made to your customer if you have failed to train properly. Do not waste your time or your money here. They lie to make sales, they don’t back up their promises, and their customer service is non-existent. Spend your hard-earned money anywhere else but JR Furniture. My Husband and have a large presence in the Tacoma community and the surrounding areas we will make sure our community along with our family and friend don't shop here.

I came here a few weeks ago in search of a couch. I have to admit that the level of service I received was unexpectedly above my expectations. The sales associate, Greg (can’t recall last name), was a true professional and gentleman. He greeted me as soon as I entered the store. His conversation was genuine and not pushy for a sale. Greg not only answered my questions, but also provided details of the furniture I was specifically interested in. The most impressive thing was when I told him I needed time to see if the furniture I was considering would be a good fit. Greg did not make me feel as if I was missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime. He kindly acknowledged my decision and provided his business card if I wanted to call him. I went home to decide and returned the next day to make a purchase. When I did, Greg checked to see if he could lower the price and he could! I ended up buying two pieces of furniture as a result and could not have been happier. But I was more happy to have a sales associate like Greg. He is one of a kind. I look forward to visiting him in the future when I get the home ready for the holidays!
