Eric was exceptional to work with. He charged a lower price than the other shops I'd checked with, I got in pretty quickly especially considering it was during the holidays, and he was very upfront and informative. He even noticed I had a sensor out that was unrelated and replaced it for a third of the price that the dealership charged me a few years ago. This is the only place I'll take my vehicles to have transmission work done in the future. Very happy with the overall experience.

Brought my Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi to Eric, the transmission was worse off than I thought.
