Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf

This was our third visit to this hotel and second over Christmas. To sum it up everything was perfect. The room was amazing very spacious with a separate dressing area. Constant fresh towels and housekeeping are brilliant and on Christmas Eve we received a bottle of wine, fruit platter, mince pies and chocolate assortment in our room which is a really nice touch. We had the brunch in the hotel on Christmas Day and as before it was absolutely the most wonderful experience it’s hard to describe in words just how fantastic it is. |The layout of the hotel is very good with several pools and plenty of sun loungers available. Also a lovely beach so you are spoilt for choice. We had half board so ate in a few of the hotel restaurants as well as the buffet. All were excellent quality. However the buffet really is exceptional as there are so many choices of food they literally cater for all dietary requirements. |The staff are ALL so welcoming, friendly, helping and extremely professional at the same time. I really commend them. All in all I give it 110% rating.

We stayed here for 5 nights in December and was absolutely blown away by the place. |We’ve previously stayed at Grosvenor House which is also incredible BUT wanted a beach holiday this time. This hotel is faultless in our view. Stylish, clean, well staffed with people who cannot do enough for you. The grounds were impeccable, the pools clean and the food / drinks fantastic. |How anyone can fault this place is beyond me. We had Brunch in the restaurant and wow … excellent food, flexible service with the drinks as I didn’t drink anything from the menu ( they allowed me to choose something from the bar ), the live music … just perfect. |I cannot wait to return |Thanks everyone for the perfect stay

My husband and I recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the royal meridien. The whole stay was fantastic, the customer service and staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the club tower on arrival which includes an early evening drinks package and afternoon tea as well as a private breakfast. when we return we will definitely book this again. The room in the club tower was spacious and the bed emperor size with a lovely rainfall shower ||The food at all of their restaurants on site is outstanding especially Zengo where we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Staff made a special dessert for us and made sure we had a great table inside. Food was delicious.||The spa was amazing too. we had full body massages and spent a few hours in the indoor spa and pools there||I’m also coeliac and had no issues whatsoever with any of the food at the hotel. Staff totally understood it and often catered to my request if I wanted something off the menu that wasn’t ‘gluten free’ they made it for me that way.||The hotel was at capacity during the last week on November but it never felt like that. There are a huge number of staff and sun loungers and never a problem to find anywhere in the sun or shade to sit. Loved the ice lollies they brought for you by the pool :)||Didn’t want to leave. Don’t think any of the other guests did too as so many were repeat visitors.||This is a great place to stay and we will be back next year .
