I visited Junction for the first time and had a mixed but overall enjoyable experience. We started with the panipuri, which unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations—it had too much flavored water and not enough ragda inside the puris, which threw off the balance of flavors. However, the rest of the dishes more than made up for it. The Junction Special Sandwich was flavorful and satisfying. The Dahi Puri was fresh and tasty, and the Dabeli was a standout—perfectly spiced and delicious. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Rabdi Kulfi Falooda. It was rich, creamy, and indulgent—I’d highly recommend trying it if you visit. The space itself is quite large and comfortable, as it’s shared with a dessert spot, which adds to the variety and atmosphere. Overall, Junction offers a good selection of Indian street food with a few standout items that are definitely worth returning for.

I’ve been to this place many times and usually like the food overall. But this time I tried the Manchurian, and honestly, it was disappointing. I got my order within 3 minutes after payment, which clearly means it was already prepared. It was cold too—no way you can make fresh Manchurian that fast. I ordered dry Manchurian, and taste-wise and presentation-wise, it was the worst I’ve had in Canada. Just a suggestion: either work on improving the recipe or take it off the menu.
