Last week I had the most phenomenal teeth cleaning experience at Juniper Dental. I had Sailor as my hygienist, and she had a gentle but extremely thorough touch. My teeth feel the best that they ever have. I am already looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months. Sailor was fantastic and Michele at the front desk was lovely! I will be recommending this office to everyone I know!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office. Due to an unforeseen emergency that was entirely beyond my control, I had to cancel my appointment on short notice. Despite explaining the situation, I was still charged a $75 cancellation fee. I understand the importance of respecting appointment times and office policies, but I believe there should be some flexibility and understanding when genuine emergencies arise. The lack of compassion and rigid enforcement of the fee left me feeling more like a number than a valued patient. As a result, I’ve decided to seek dental care at Lone Pine Dental for myself and my spouse.

I've been visiting Juniper Dental for over 15 years now. I've seen the practice grow over the years, but one thing that has not changed is their level of professionalism, and care for their patience. Nicole, my dental hygienist, and the same person I've been to my entire 15 years, is so friendly and personable. She does a great job; I am thankful for the consistency and level of service I've received from her over the many years. Dr Stephenson is equally as great, and puts a lot of care in what he does. He's honest, truly cares for his patience, and gives suggestions I've trusted for many years now. Most recently I needed to see a specialist, a recommendation from Dr Stephenson. When I got the feedback from the Specialist, I wanted to walk through it with Dr Stephenson as I just needed a trusting second opinion. I received a call back from Dr Stephenson promptly. Even more impressive, he had already called the specialist to fully understand their recommendations so he could give me better insight. Per our discussion, I decided to go a different direction thanks to very clear and understandable feedback from Dr Stephenson. His feedback was not pushing me one way or another, it was just a nonbiased clarity and my options. I am now extremely confident in the direction I am going with a rather complex dental procedure and I owe a significant amount of that confidence to Dr Stephenson and his in depth knowledge and experience. Thanks for the many years of excellent service from Dr Stephenson and his entire team, they are truly a great long term partner to my overall health and comfort.

It had been over 3 years since I had been to the dentist and everything from booking my appointment, to x-rays, to getting my teeth cleaned was seamless. I was booked same month and when I arrived, new patient paperwork was quick and easy. Kylie did an amazing job educating me on what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy and it was, dare I say, a lot of fun. I am actually looking forward to getting a cavity filled. I highly recommend this office to anyone feeling nervous about going to the dentist! Thank you Dr. Stephenson and the team for an amazing experience!
