Juno Veterinary Bloor West

My puppy Lupo and I went to the Juno Bloor West location in Toronto for his first visit. Dr. Zach Jones and Dr. Olivia Rafferty were amazing! They did a thorough check on Lupo making sure he was healthy and also provided me with a lot of information regarding health insurance and puppy socialization and training classes. We enjoyed our experience at Juno! Lupo was very calm and comfortable, he had a very positive first appointment. Thank you Dr. Zach and Dr. Olivia!

Juno has been amazing so far! The lead vet and assistants are super kind and caring. A lot of veterinarians/animal hospitals, you feel they are just trying to take the most money they can from you. At Juno, you can immediately tell it's all about looking after your pet and solving the problem at hand. The amount of detail and work they put into your pet makes you feel that their suggestions are the right ones. Again, all the staff are super kind and caring towards your pet. The entrance is busy on a main road, but after going inside, it's large, clean and spacious. There's a fridge there filled with drinks for you, and a counter full of treats for your waiting pet. It's a very relaxing environment for our dogs and after the care and expertise at Juno, they won't be going elsewhere. You can constantly be in reach with them through the app once you're registered so there's no need to take your dog in for every little thing which is super convenient. Oh! And they give you a welcome package after your first time which includes a Juno bandana. Our Luna is in good hands!

I can’t say enough good things about Juno Vet. When my beloved dog passed away, the entire team showed such compassion, care, and sensitivity. They made an incredibly difficult time a little easier through their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful gestures, like creating a clay paw imprint and giving me beautiful memorabilia to remember him by. Those small acts meant more than they probably realize. Now, as I’ve welcomed two new kittens into my life, the same team has continued to be absolutely wonderful, gentle, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that everyone at Juno Vet truly loves animals and understands the deep bond we share with them. Thank you to the entire Juno Vet team for your empathy, warmth, and exceptional care.
