Juno Veterinary Summerhill

Juno Veterinary is simply the best. After years of going to various clinics that are part of a larger, more aggressive chain of vets offices, Juno was a breath of fresh air. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at putting my cat (and me) at ease the whole time I was there. The upfront pricing is refreshing, and I appreciated the fact that the staff allowed me to pick and choose what procedures I would have done right away and what I could defer to being done at a future date based both the doctor's recommendation and my comfort with the proposed procedure. No pressure at all was applied to do procedures I wasn't comfortable with. Same day appointments that you book online are incredibly convenient! The thoroughness of their follow-up service is second to none. They seemed unconcerned about corporate obligations and minimums. I really feel that my cat's needs are their first priority.

The team at Juno Vet (Summerhill) is amazing. The clinic is super clean and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. My puppy didn’t even notice her vaccine! That’s how gentle they are. Our vet took the time to answer all my questions with sooo much patience. (Thanks, Dr. Bianca!!) Booking is really easy and their 24/7 app support is such a huge plus. My puppy and I are so happy with our experience. Definitely recommend!
