5***** Couldn't give anything less for the amazing service we received from Chris. From the first quote right through the planning to having a new boiler fitted along with a new radiator and some new radiator valve's fitted by his able colleague David. They certainly both went the extra mile, quite literally, when the Hive wall control wasn't working and Chris had to track down a new one. Can't thank you guy's enough and look forward to seeing you every year for our service. I'll make sure a pack of Bourbon biscuits are available for your every visit! :-)

Excellent service from Chris! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler, and explained the repair process clearly. The repair was done efficiently, and my boiler is now running as it should. Chris was professional and friendly, leaving everything clean afterward. I was told I needed a new boiler by the company who serviced the appliance from new for the past 6 years. Decided to get a second opinion and chose He@Heating on the strength of the excellent reports it has. On inspection a new boiler was not required just a faulty component, which was fitted promptly at a very competitive price. The write ups for He@ are absolutely accurate.
