Just Right Heating & Cooling

We abruptly lost our furnace of 20+ years late Sunday afternoon. Comfort Services was able to send technician Joe out to diagnose our unit, explained what the issues were, showed us time-stamped photos of the inside of our furnace, and talked us through all options of either repair or replace. We chose to replace the furnace/AC/house humidifier since they were the originals to the house being built. Hayden in the sales department was quick with getting us multiple options, and very patient explaining the different equipment, warranties, and financing options. He even made sure to answer any late questions we didn't think of to help us be confident and make our decision easier. Humberto and his crew were able to expertly install everything the following morning! We now have a toasty warm home with comfortable air quality just in time for the weather to turn cold again this weekend. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, patient, and professional. Comfort Services is a wonderful company. They always make things easy, affordable and comfortable. We recently had a hot water tank installed with them.
