EDIT: may consider reusing KNOX if you come and resolve the bad work that was done at my property. Please contact me. Fine for general maintenance and repairs etc but don't let them build you a house or anything that needs concrete integrity. Concrete work needs SUBSTANTIAL improvement. By no means am I a professional however I would like to suggest mixing the cement, sand and aggregates with a BIT more water...... - let the video speak for itself. When i raised it at the time of initial observation with the team, no improvement was suggested or acknowledged, only defensiveness. I hope this can be received as constructive criticism and improved on in the future.

The drains of fountain in my villa were completely clogged, I searched online and came across KNOX Services. They were quick to respond and send help quickly. Job was done soon as well.
