I was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair. I had asked for a platinum balayage, and got nothing close to it. The staff was nice until I said that I did not like it. Throughout the process, I noticed that Taylor, the hair stylist, didn’t bleach the mid-ends of my hair, and I brought that up and she was like I will put a lightning conditioner which will bring it up by a level, at the end my hair was still a very warm tone and that was because she didn’t lift it at all. Because of this, I was like can you add in some bleach to lift the colour more and Taylor really said to me “Oh, like you can’t live with it” and that other people can’t tell yet EVERYONE around me did end up noticing the rough work. I will acknowledge that she didn’t put the bleach at the end, but she put a toner, and I genuinely didn’t notice a difference with the toner, and when I said that I didn’t notice it, she got defensive and said “Well, I do”. These side comments were just completely rude and unprofessional. I ended up going to another salon and got it completely redone. Very very upset with this Salon, I do not recommend this place to anyone. She still did charge me and I can’t believe she left me leaving the salon looking like that, I just can’t believe I also ended up tipping her, instant regret. Also, she did take before and after pictures of my hair, and didn’t end up posting because I am sure she knows that its UGLY. First pic is what I asked for, and second is what I got. Looks so similar to the before pic of what I asked for...

Went a couple of months ago to get my hair done by Shelby, my natural colour is a dirty blonde/light ashy brown. I told her I didn’t want an all over colour, I just wanted to break up the contrast between my lighter roots and darker (outgrown) hair. She suggested a blonde balayage and said that it would help to make it less noticeable. My hair looked just like it had a few blonde highlights when I left, she had curled it and styled it so it looked fine, very very small different but it looked alright. I left the curls in for the next day and then the day after when the curls were gone I noticed how splotchy the highlights were, and they only went to where my roots started so it just looked like I had brown hair with blonde highlights that had grown out. I did cal back to book an appointment but couldn’t afford nor did I want to go back to that place. That was in July, and I’ve just been to see another stylist who can’t believe I spent $120 for someone to add what looks like grown out, orangey highlights. It definitely looks 100000x worse than it did, and my new stylist said that it’s in no way a balayage and that she just through in highlights. I should’ve just gone back to get some money back so it’s my own fault for not trying that, but the lady on the phone said it would have to be the same girl to fix it and I didn’t want that so I cut my losses. I’ve added a photo of how my hair looked when I left. I’ve shown this to my new stylist who says this is NOT balayage. Also a photo of my hair this morning - as you can see the blonde highlights are like halfway down my head - definitely not from 2 months of hair growth, it has grown out a bit, but it was very far down from day one.
