I recently invited Amanda at Just Watch Events to independently observe one of our events and provide a recommendations report to support continuous improvement. Her analysis was exceptionally thorough, pragmatic, and grounded in real event expertise. What impressed me even more was her contribution on the day itself. Although it was not part of her remit, Amanda immediately identified several issues that required attention and supported our team in implementing quick, effective adjustments. Her calm, knowledgeable presence helped us avoid potential risks and ensured the event ran smoothly. The combination of her live support and her post-event report has been genuinely invaluable. Amanda brings a rare mix of operational insight, strategic perspective, and an instinct for safeguarding both people and reputation. I first worked with Amanda on an inaugural conference for over 600 delegates. At every stage she provided great ideas solutions, energy and enthusiasm particularly during delegate registration when numbers were slow and we needed to hold our nerve. The event was spectacular and Amanda and the team worked tirelessly to deliver. The event became an annual event that grew and grew and got incredible feedback from delegates. I am now pleased to be working again with Amanda and the team at a new start up company on an inaugural event with a very different focus and budget and again Amanda has provided great guidance and an inept understanding of our needs and is guiding an inexperienced team through the process. It’s always a pleasure to work with Just Watch and Amanda and have total confidence in their ability to deliver a great event and would highly recommend their services.

The team at Just Watch Events are FABULOUS!. I worked closely with them on the planning and delivery of our first group wide conference and can wholeheartedly say that they are an absolute pleasure to work with.
