I’ve had the best experiences at Justice dental. They are very informative, caring and skilled and I know I’m in great hands. Dr. Dar along with his assistant Kimberly have been amazing in fixing my teeth and I can now smile without any hesitation! The front office has helped tremendously in letting me know how my insurance works. Very well run practice and incredible people! Highly recommend!

I moved back to KY after living in another state for the last few years. I wanted to schedule with a regular dentist, not a chain dentist. From the 1st call, they were rude and condescending. I didn’t know what insurance I had through work and I asked if they were able to help me locate it as we have over 50,000 employees at my company and we don’t get the physical cards. I was told by the person “helping “ me that EVERYONE gets a physical card. My last 15 years of working for large corporations, I haven’t. She may, working in a small dental office get hers…but larger companies don’t. She also called around 4 times after because she got my insurance information wrong after I tracked it down because it’s “not her job to find it”My mother in Law passed away and we were having difficulty getting her funeral scheduled and unfortunately we had to schedule it for the time I was scheduled to be at the appointment. I had made another appointment for today, and I mentioned that I hadn’t gotten any reminders. Life has been a bit of a challenge in the month since my mother in law passed. I expressed concern about not getting the reminders. To which she told me, “if you don’t show up today, you’re not welcome as a client” I had never said that I was going to cancel I was just asking if I could take the other car than I’d planned (to my husband, NOT ANYTHING to her) and she then told me that I had told her I’d stayed up all night “watching movies “ was my reason for not going to my appointment. I told her that was my mother in laws funeral, I hadn’t planned on canceling my appointment for today. But, you know what? I’m not going to come to a dental practice thanks to her. Lisa is NOT an assset for this company and if this is how small practices operate, I can see why so many are being closed. I have STELLAR insurance and needed quite a bit of work done. I will find ANY other dental office and NOT be treated like an insurance fraud, #1 and be told that I (a 52 year old woman) can’t make it somewhere because I “stayed up watching movies”

…I just had the absolute BEST dental appointment I have ever had in my entire life! No joke! The professionalism, knowledge, genuinely nice staff- all are 100% what I would recommend! Brad is a wonderful, wonderful hygienist- Dr. Amelia Coleman could also not have been more helpful, professional & informative! I’m completely set now - and SO happy!!!! Could not have chosen a better office!

Madisyn is a fantastic hygienist. She cleaned my teeth last week, and it was the easiest and least stressful experience I've ever had at the dentist. Would highly recommend her!
