When we first met our agent Adam Kiliszek representing Keller Williams of Philadelphia, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Adam would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Adam also led us through minimum rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. My favorite Adam saying ... "the minute you buy a property you become the seller". We were so fortunate to have found Adam through a mutual agent Luis Alvarez who worked with us in North Jersey. And also facilitated the perfect match with Adam. But when we decided to look further south in Willingboro. As our Realtor (Adam), he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from Jersey City, NJ to look at homes over several weeks and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Adam was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
