I’ve been going to White Pine Health Team for over five years now, and I honestly can’t imagine my wellness journey without them. Tammy, the physiotherapist, has been a key part of my postpartum recovery and overall core health. I initially started working with her on pelvic floor exercises after my first pregnancy. Over time, she got certified in internal pelvic therapy, and that took my healing and strength to a whole new level. Thanks to her expert care and support, my second pregnancy and delivery were incredibly smooth — a completely different experience! Tammy is not only knowledgeable, but also compassionate, patient, and really in tune with what new moms need physically and emotionally. Deb, the massage therapist, is the one who first referred me to the White Pine team, and I’ve been seeing her for six years now. She’s truly gifted at what she does. Whether it’s muscle tension, stress, or those mysterious on-and-off pains that come with mom life, Deb always knows exactly where the root of the issue is and how to treat it. Her massages are therapeutic and deeply healing — I always walk out feeling like a new person. Both Tammy and Deb are absolute gems, and I feel so lucky to have found them. I recommend White Pine Health Team to any mom or woman looking to take care of her body in a real, long-term, supportive way.
