Phoebe AugustineWhile the salon itself is very nice and so is the staff she didn’t understand what I wanted when I said curtain fringe face framing (not on my forehead but to the sides) and fully gave me front fringe. Now I have to wait months for it to grow out. The fringe didn’t blend into the rest of my hair which I then asked her to do resulting in more cutting of front pieces which didn’t blend into the rest of my hair after she tried to fix it. I don’t even know how to style this botched haircut. So upset.
ClaireTaylor was my stylist and she was very mindful and professional! She answered my 20 questions about the whole process and everything. I really appreciated her patience. She never made me feel rushed or intimidated. I love my hair and am really happy I found a great salon. More on the expensive side, but the products smell great, the salon is very professional, and the decor is giving luxe spa.
