Jay did an excellent job and she’s been so welcoming like a true expert. I went for a hard job of reshaping my whole look and she removed my concerns right from the first minute of conversation about it; she nailed it with the first suggestion. Everyone is looking at my hair now and it feels damn good. Definitely my new hairstylist.
Katja gave me a fantastic bob cut! She took the time to understand my lifestyle and routine, ensuring the cut would be a great fit for me. I really appreciated her patience as I explained what I wanted. Even though I went in for a big change, Katja’s clear explanations of her process made me feel confident and comfortable throughout.
While the salon itself is very nice and so is the staff she didn’t understand what I wanted when I said curtain fringe face framing (not on my forehead but to the sides) and fully gave me front fringe. Now I have to wait months for it to grow out. The fringe didn’t blend into the rest of my hair which I then asked her to do resulting in more cutting of front pieces which didn’t blend into the rest of my hair after she tried to fix it. I don’t even know how to style this botched haircut. So upset.
