I had a great experience at Papillon Medical, I inquired a month ago to book a consultation. The clinic, located in Gulf Canada Square, has a very clean and calming ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Masson was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even gave me some samples to try, which I really appreciated. I truly felt cared for and in good hands. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for expert and compassionate dermatological care.

I wish i could leave zero stars. I don’t often leave bad reviews, but after our experience with this specialist’s office, I feel it’s necessary to share our story to hopefully prevent others from going through the same distress. My father has been battling cancer, and during his treatment, he developed a sudden and severe skin reaction. Instead of taking the time to thoroughly investigate, the office hastily diagnosed him with eczema. It wasn’t until later that we found out he was actually suffering from a fungal skin infection, something that should have been identified early on. This misdiagnosis not only delayed proper treatment but added unnecessary stress and discomfort to an already difficult time. From the start, the staff have been consistently rude, dismissive, and insensitive. There is an utter lack of compassion in the way patients are treated here. Today was the breaking point. My father was seven minutes late for his appointment due to circumstances beyond his control the underground parking facility recommended by their office had a broken payment machine, creating a line and preventing people from exiting. Despite this, the staff made no effort to understand or accommodate. We were simply told that the doctor had already gone to lunch and that there was nothing they could do. It’s one thing to have policies, but another to show basic human decency, especially when dealing with vulnerable patients who are fighting for their health. This office has consistently shown they are more concerned with time slots than the well-being of the people they’re supposed to be helping. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate, or attentive care. Patients deserve better.
