Outstanding Service from Niurka at JYSK. I have visited JYSK several times, and every single time Niurka has provided me with the best customer service I could ask for. Most recently, she helped me choose a sofa that fit my needs perfectly — including the right size and color. Her guidance was patient, knowledgeable, and truly focused on what would work best for me. As someone whose first language isn’t English, it has been wonderful to receive assistance in my mother tongue, Spanish. Niurka made the whole experience easier and far more comfortable for me. Her exceptional service didn’t end after the purchase, either. Today she and her coworker Arthi delivered the sofa to my home, and their attitude was not only professional but also friendly, positive, and full of good energy. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for — like being at home. Because of the incredible service I receive every time, JYSK has become my number one store. After two years of of waking up daily to horrible lower back and hip pain, I forced my stubborn self to go hit up some boxing day sales for a new one. My girlfriend and I stopped by JYSK as the first place to do some pricing. Well, within about a minute of sitting on the mattresses and trying them out we were greeted by Niurka who took all the time to help me TRULY find the correct mattress. Normally I don't accept the help from a sales associate when shopping but this time I am truly glad I did! Thank you Niurka and JYSK trenton for making my mattress shopping super easy stress-free and hopefully many years of comfort!!!

Excellent care and outstanding quality of service. This was honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve had friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Definitely deserving of 5 stars. Best of luck with your psychology journey at university you’ll do great.
