I found the level of customer service to be disappointing. The staff appeared too busy to provide personal attention and treated customers as numbers rather than individuals. I also found them to be discourteous in their approach. Furthermore, the cost of the MOT and service for my Ford Transit Custom was higher than the price quoted by an official Ford garage in Teddington. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

We get our car MOTed here every year. Very friendly team, good value and ludicrously convenient if you are in Stoneleigh or Ewell: drop the car off and walk home while they take care of it.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to get a quote via email, and the final cost was a lot less as they didn't need to replace some of the items I had asked to quote for. Dropped off in the morning easily and ready to collect within a few hours. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

I have used Elmwood Vehicles over the past four years to carry out an MOT on my MGTF and on each occasion it has passed. However, this year it failed on venting exhaust gas from a broken bracket attached to the stainless steel silencer. Rather than replace the unit with what would have been an expensive SS box the engineer was able to weld the bracket back into place and hence issue a new MOT Certificate after the retest and only a modest charge for labour and sundries. Excellent service and friendly staff. I shall be back next year.
