Layton LinFYI I always come to Leo and Cindy, once with Sena and they all did a great job and a good service, but today (28/8/24 18:15) I got a big disappointment with a new hairdresser name xxx. I showed him a reference photos… Firstly, he made a surprise reaction to me, then I think it’s too difficult so I told him no need to be 100% same just make it similar please. Secondly, I said I want no.3 at the back and on the side, but I don’t know what no. did he grabbed turned out it’s very short until I was speechless. Thirdly, he kept struggling with the tools, scissors and clipper he brought me to the basin wash with water like ONLY WATER and start using towels to dry my hair and I needed to ask him can you please use one more shampoo? Lastly, he quickly rushed to show me my hair by a back mirror and I couldn’t see it clearly, so I went to the toilet to look at it almost 5 mins… omgggg 🙄 My boyfriend recommended me not to complain because he thinks it would make an awkward situation when I come in next time, but I really really CANNOT after seeing my hair unblended, heavy-back and a missing sideburns by paying $50 for this unprofessional service.

Michele MelialaDefinitely recommend to get your hair done here. Keratin treatment was professional, smooth and easy (plus a 30% discount). Complimentary green tea and biscuits were great. And the service was friendly and welcoming. Sadly did not get the name of my hairdresser, but he was friendly and great.
