STerry DAntiquated customer return procedure. Took me two minutes to purchase the product with my Visa and 15 minutes to return it with handwritten store form requirements. I did not want to disclose an address; a name and telephone number , but was told it would not be returned without same!. There are too many other excellent petfood stores in this area than continue shopping here.
