I highly recommend K9 Lifeline! It is the only boarding place anywhere near me willing to take my situationally reactive dog. He's a shelter animal with a traumatic past. He doesn't generally get along with other dogs or men. However, the handlers there have worked patiently with him and he is now able to be there without Trazadone! Huge success! The front desk staff are amazing too. I mentioned in my original review that I thought the dog beds needed to be washed more frequently as came home smelling so strong last time, I had to give him a shower before I could even go to bed the night we arrived home. Within a day of me leaving this cement with a 4 star review K9 representative called me! She explained that their washing system was broken that week. She gave me credit for my buy get a wash the next time. That is service taken seriously! Your dog will be well taken care of and happy at K9 Lifeline
The staff at K9 lifeline are exceptional. They took amazing care of my dog Chelsea for several years until she passed away last month and several staffers cried with me over her loss. I know they truly loved her. I’d say “let’s go to daycare!” and Chelsea would wiggle uncontrollably with excitement every time and run to greet everyone on the way in the door like she owned the place! I adopted a new dog and the staff welcomed her in, and she has been thriving under their careful guidance and instruction with their shadowing program. Seeing their social media posts where they show what the dogs are up to during the day has been so fun and comforting to see. I really can’t thank them enough for their love and care! Their entire staff feels like extended family to us, and it’s evident they are all so passionate about the work they do! I can’t say enough good things about K9 Lifeline!
We love K9 Lifeline! The staff is so friendly hand inviting and they know each pup by name. It’s definitely my pup’s “home away from home.” We also love having Cali Dream on site. It’s so convenient for me to get my pup groomed while while she’s at daycare.
