Very confusing folks. His staff visited my site and measured for my mod requirements, and indicated the 'owner' will visit the next Monday and confirm and give a qulte. But upon calling the owner, he had conflicting info from his staff based on which he was asking why I haven't visited his office yet. And I was like this was not the info relayed to me by his staff - no sorry for this miscommunication or explanation. Just a rude response of "its okay i will prepare your quote and get back to you". And of course he never got back to me with a quote. I was from the day one, nothing if not respectfully to him or his staff. These interiors design/construction folks near omr have gotten too much hit their heads, no ounce of accountability, professionalism or respect for customers as I believe they have too much demand maybe. I have started looking for folks within the city who are way less self-conceited and more receptive to customer feedback and concerns. Anyways good luck guys!
