They ( owner and the staff) were so helpful from start to finish..,offering great price and valuable clothes.I love the length and the fit and mostly it is soft and luxurious. The price and quality of cloths are very high. Wonderful collection available and the material are very nice. The behaves of owner differs when we purchase dress and when we need to exchange. Exchange is not acceptable so every one must trial before billing. Once cloth Sold out u can see the real face and real character of the owner when u entered the shop for exchange. I accept exchange process affect the business but this is one part of business. U have to fulfill customer needs with good idea that should not affect your business also. Big shop of covai city SRIDEVI textiles just enough price tag for exchange, they never ask bill too. Prices are nearly same in SRIDEVI and Kabil, then why should not we purchase there. Last time I went to SRIDEVI for exchange only price tag without bill. I approached one person regarding don't have bill only price tag who looks like supervisor, He just told ""VIDDU KANNA PAATHUKALA ENTHA DRESS FIT AH IRUKO MATHI EDUTHUKALAM"". Later I am knew about the Gentleman he is the owner of SRIDEVI Textiles. U must know one thing customers always there where the convenient is available. I cannot point out any remark about materials and collection except exchange policy. Only our behavior, way to handle the customer, relationship with customer are determine growth of our concern and who we are. I am not depromote you. Being a good business man have to accept and handle every thing with smile that makes your growth high. It is your responsibility to hold customer, never miss them. U should aware which moment we lose the customers, Once it happenning they never come back and they never allow others too. These are my own suggestion and experience with Kabil collection. From this I am not Intimate anything to anyone except Kabil collection. 👍GOOD LUCK ALL THE BEST👍 Thank you
