👎 The photos I’ve shared here are from earlier. They’ve become much more dishonest compared to before. The food quality isn’t what it used to be. Unless you specifically ask for a good piece, they won’t care to give it to you. Is this how things should be?

Disappointed – 23/03/2025 Recently, I visited this restaurant in Narayanganj. I had a good experience at their Khulna branch before, so I expected the same quality here. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I ordered the Kacchi Khadok 3:1 (1320tk) with Borhani (70tk/glass). The rice lacked flavor, and the food didn’t seem freshly cooked—it was slightly cold. The potato was not well cooked and was a little hard. The meat was not tender at all; I had to struggle to chew it. As for the Borhani, I usually don’t expect much from restaurant-made versions, but this one was little sour, which made it unpleasant. The atmosphere was standard, with decent lighting and various seating arrangements to accommodate different group sizes. While the place is suitable for families, friends, or larger gatherings, they seriously need to improve the food quality. Overall, they must work on maintaining consistency in their service and food preparation.

I had an amazing experience at Kacci Vai! The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors. The biryani was a standout—perfectly cooked rice with tender, flavorful meat and just the right amount of spices. The kebabs were juicy and perfectly grilled, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. The service was friendly and efficient, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for great traditional food, Kacci Vai is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend it!

One of best in the town, many would argue over Sultan but to me, I've liked it better than the other one. The branch in Narayanganj is quite big nice and comfy. The stuff's are well mannered.
